Credit card charges made on this site will show payable to Tina’s Flowers and Spices on your credit card statement.
Pre-paid credit cards are not supported by our shopping cart.
We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers. The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card and electronic check processing networks (see an online payments diagram). The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, it may be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date, in it’s original, re-sellable condition. You must have a valid receipt dated within 7 days or less from the original purchase date. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Your return must be sent via a traceable method. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don’t receive the item, we will not be responsible for processing the return.
All refunds will be credited back to the credit card used in the original purchase.
Credit Card Refunds
All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that merchandise was purchased on.
Unless otherwise stated on the Website….Orders ship within two business days, Monday-Saturday.
Rachel’s Flowers is closed on all Federal Holidays.
All orders are to be paid in U.S. Dollars Only.
At this time, Tina’s Flowers and Spices ships only to locations within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card, and Postal Money Orders. Prepaid credit cards are not supported.
Depending on your credit card company, Declined order totals may take up to 3-4 days to be removed from your credit card transaction history and made available to you.
To pay by Postal Money Order:
-Go through the checkout process up to the point of entering credit card information
-Make sure the page has your shipping charges included in the total price due
